Built in the 1890’s, EPS Development in partnership with R.W. Allen Construction have brought back to life this historic property which was once positioned to be torn down just a few years ago.

The property was located across the street from the former Union Station to provide amenities and boarding rooms to the workers and patrons of the railroad.

Vacant for almost 50 years, the team had the vision and expertise to reimagine what the future of this property could be.
